Benjamin Beier is a seasoned M&A and corporate strategy professional with more than 15 years of consulting and industry experience, having worked on more than 50 transactions and transformation programs across Europe and the United States. Over the past four years at Staffbase, he has helped scale the company through M&A, market expansion, and strategic alliances, contributing to its growth as a leading AI-native employee experience solution for non-desk-heavy enterprises. Benjamin lives in Chemnitz, Germany, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing tennis and chess, and, perhaps most unexpectedly, fronting a heavy metal band.
