Derek Bluestone is a Chief Product Officer and technology executive with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling enterprise software products across financial services, fintech, and SaaS. Over his career, he has held CPO or CPTO roles at six companies, led product through four successful exits, including a $1.3 billion IPO, and has been responsible for more than $2 billion in ARR. Currently serving as CPO at Prophix, Derek is leading the development of AI-powered financial software while advising executive teams on practical, defensible AI product strategy. He also brings extensive experience working with private equity-backed companies, boards, and governance teams, and is actively pursuing independent board and advisory roles. Fun fact: Outside of work, Derek is an avid outdoorsman whose favorite pastimes are fishing and birding.
