Jordan Rose is a general management operator with more than a decade of experience spanning SaaS, consulting, investing, and entrepreneurship. Most recently, he served as COO of a Rule of 40 healthcare SaaS company, where he helped drive 2x revenue growth while maintaining 100% net revenue retention. In the role, he rebuilt the company’s entire post-sale organization, including customer success, renewals, upsells, implementations, and support, while partnering closely with the CEO on strategy and execution across the business. Earlier in his career, Jordan worked in growth strategy consulting at Prophet, pursued SMB acquisitions as a search fund entrepreneur, and held enterprise go-to-market roles at Digitas and Wunderkind. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. Outside of work, Jordan is an avid marathoner with 15 marathon finishes and now serves as a pacer for the New York City Marathon and New York City Half Marathon.
