Jacob Kantor is a nationally recognized K–12 education technology advisor, connector, and founder of JK K12, where he helps education companies build trust, gain access, and accelerate adoption with district and state education leaders. Widely known across the education ecosystem as the “Chief DODO” (District Office Door Opener), Jacob leverages more than 18 years of experience spanning K–12 education, publishing, test preparation, EdTech sales, and strategic partnerships to help organizations navigate complex district purchasing cycles, align with superintendent priorities, and successfully scale from pilot programs to long-term implementation. He has worked with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to national nonprofits and foundations, always emphasizing equity, efficacy, and meaningful outcomes for students and educators. Jacob also serves on the boards of the ASU+GSV AI Summit and National AI Literacy Day, where he contributes to national conversations around responsible AI adoption, AI literacy, and the future of learning.
