Christina Augustine is the Chief Operating Officer of Bloomreach, where she leads initiatives focused on helping customers leverage AI-powered tools and capabilities to compete and succeed in increasingly demanding markets. A recognized leader in ecommerce and technology, Christina joined Bloomreach in 2011 after serving as a manager at Bain & Company, where she advised clients on technology, retail, and corporate strategy. An experienced software engineer and innovator with patents in AI search engine algorithms, she has developed deep expertise across site search, merchandising, and payments, and played a key role in establishing ecommerce engineering teams at both Hewlett Packard and Walmart. Her leadership has been widely recognized, including being named a Top 50 Women Leader in SaaS in 2023 and a finalist for the 2024 LA Times Inspirational Women Leadership Award. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Saint Mary’s College, where she also serves on the Board of Trustees, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
