Andy Scantland is the founder of Upside Leadership and an executive coach who helps founders, C-suite leaders, and senior leadership teams develop the clarity, confidence, and presence needed to lead high-performing organizations. Since 2016, he has coached leaders across high-growth companies, drawing on neuroscience, strengths-based development, and more than 6,000 hours of coaching experience to help organizations align around vision and mission, strengthen accountability, scale culture, improve communication, and build highly engaged teams. Before launching Upside Leadership, Andy held senior leadership roles in strategy, marketing, and business development, giving him firsthand experience navigating the challenges of scaling businesses and leading through complex decisions. He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and has completed advanced training through the Co-Active Training Institute, The Marcus Buckingham Company, and the NeuroLeadership Institute. Andy earned an MBA from Goizueta Business School and completed executive education in strategic planning at Harvard University. He is also a former president of the ICF Colorado Chapter and a recipient of a CLIO Award for excellence in advertising. Outside of his professional work, Andy is an avid endurance athlete who has completed seven marathons and enjoys hiking and skiing whenever possible.
