Ryan Spletzer is a Distinguished Engineer at Autodesk, where he provides technical leadership across AI, data, and automation initiatives to enhance enterprise productivity, improve information findability, and enable more efficient, modern ways of working. He plays a key role in advancing platform engineering efforts across the organization and leads Autodesk’s Open Source committee, helping shape the company’s approach to collaborative innovation. Outside of work, Ryan is an avid technologist and creative, spending time on agent-assisted coding, video games, and guitar, while also enjoying content from leading voices at the edge of AI—and a great 4K Blu-ray experience with immersive surround sound on an OLED display.
