Bonnie Fetch serves as Executive Vice President and President – Operations at Cummins Inc., where she oversees the company’s New and Recon Parts business, remanufacturing operations, and global operating functions including Supply Chain, IT, Services, Digital/Analytics, and Quality to support Cummins’ evolving business needs and long-term strategy. Since joining Cummins in 2018, she has held multiple senior leadership roles, including President of the Distribution Business and Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing, leading large, complex organizations and driving operational excellence across more than 190 countries and territories. Prior to Cummins, Bonnie spent 20 years at Caterpillar in a wide range of leadership roles spanning logistics, manufacturing, product design, HR, and general management, and earlier in her career owned a small business in the travel industry and led full-service restaurants. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Organizational Management, has completed postgraduate studies and executive programs at Stanford and Singularity University, is a published author, and is a visible advocate for diversity and inclusion. Outside of work, she is an avid pickleball enthusiast.
