Cecilia Culverhouse is a strategic People leader who specializes in organizational transformation, talent management, and executive advising. At Lyra Health, she currently leads the HR Business Partner function for half of its business, 1.5K employees, and is the advisor to the COO and Chief Clinical Officer. Cecilia serves as Lyra’s change management czar, leading reorganizations and restructures that make the business agile and ready for IPO. At Lyra, and previously at Aura, Cecilia led talent management and built the two companies’ talent management infrastructure including career architectures, variable compensation programs, internal mobility frameworks, and manager development programs. Prior to being in an operational role, Cecilia worked ran her own, and then directed Pathwise Leadership’s, leadership consulting and training firms advising, coaching, and delivering leadership development programs for companies from Apple to Meta to Affirm. In Cecilia’s past life she was a lawyer. She uses this experience and knowledge today to advise leaders on how to manage their organization’s risk and protect their brand. Cecilia is SHRM-SPC certified, and holds a J.D. from Fordham Law School and a B.A. from Barnard College. Fun fact – Cecilia has a 20+ year meditation practice. She is awaiting enlightenment, and is sensing that AI might attain it first.
