Keisha Duck currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at BlueLinx Corporation, bringing over 25 years of experience in leading HR teams and driving strategic organizational initiatives. Prior to joining BlueLinx, Keisha was the CHRO at Ryan Companies, a national builder and developer with 2,000 employees, where she led teams across HR business partnerships, total rewards, HRIS, and talent management. Before that, she spent 17 years at Cox Enterprises in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Culture, supporting businesses such as AutoTrader.com, Cox Communications, and Cox Automotive. Keisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to accountability, and passion for building inclusive, high-performing cultures. Keisha is the proud mom of twin daughters, Olivia and Lauryn (and she is also a twin), plus a son, Bryce making her family a lively crew of five with her husband. She enjoys reading a good book, playing tennis or binge-watching a good show when time allows.
