Dennis Reno began his career in customer service at Pacific Bell, working his way up from collections to managing large call centers, and later took an early retirement package that led him to transform Continental Airlines’ customer service—rising from last place to first in national satisfaction rankings. He went on to build customer-facing organizations at Microsoft, Plumtree Software, BEA Systems, and Oracle, helping pioneer what became known as Customer Success while driving SaaS adoption, retention, and expansion globally. Dennis then held senior leadership roles at cybersecurity and SaaS companies including Proofpoint, Arxan Technologies, OneLogin, and Cyara, consistently scaling customer success, technical support, professional services, and renewals to deliver world-class experiences and retention. Today, he brings his deep experience in building and leading dynamic customer-facing teams to Deputy, continuing his passion for transforming customer experience and business outcomes. Outside of work, Dennis is restoring a 130-year-old Victorian home and enjoys life as a proud dog dad to two rescues.
