Gillan Hawkes is a Boston-based product leader with over a decade of experience in B2B SaaS, specializing in the commerce ecosystem from e-commerce to supply chain fulfillment, with deep expertise across SaaS, hardware, and app-layer AI. She is passionate about accelerating the Circular Economy and scaling products and companies from $5M to $100M+, having contributed to two recent exits: Shopify ($500M) and Motorola Solutions. Gillan has built three multi-product B2B SaaS platforms, launched AI-powered workflows across several verticals, and helped four startups scale from early product-market fit to over $100M in ARR. She is known for translating business goals into strategic product vision, building and leading cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Success, and driving core KPIs such as customer acquisition, retention, and market share. Her domain expertise spans B2C, B2B, B2B2C, retail, robotics, and AI. Outside of work, she is a lifelong athlete who captained two Division I college teams and enjoys watching and playing all kinds of sports, despite having had three ACL surgeries in the past five years.
