Amy Augustine, CSCP, is senior director of network supply chain at U.S. Cellular, where she successfully led an organizational transformation of the company’s network supply chain operations. She is responsible for a team of 25 associates and 30 contractors and has ownership and responsibility for all procurement activities, planning and forecasting, logistics and inventory operations. In addition, Augustine oversees 6 warehouses across the United States with approximately $150 million in average in inventory. She is a dynamic supply chain leader and has spent more than 20 years in both the industry and as a consultant. On the weekends, you can find her cheering her son on the pitch at his soccer games.
